“Kei Long with Rosendal’s Lascivio to the arena!”
Kei looked up as one of the speakers called for her across the warm up arena and her heart jolted, and as it did, she jumped in the saddle and Lascivio catapulted forward in a canter on the spot. She held the upper reins tight as she got him to at least trot.
“It‘s okay.” said William as they past him by to the gates, and he got a grip around the stallions reins to help Kei by leading him to the show arena. Kei was too worked up to answer William at this stage. All she focused on was not to fall off in there.

“Good luck.” William released the two and Lascivio trotted into the arena as Kei looked between his ears. They went forward and backwards and he snorted loudly as he sucked the bit. Kei collected carefully the Pelham reins. She wouldn’t really use them, but she would have them in her hands. Maybe the judges wouldn’t like is she kept them tied up, resting against Lascivio’s withers, so… she collected them carefully. Lascivio tucked his head in to his throat as he felt the reins being collected. She trotted a half round outside of the arena in a collected way and then gave a tiny order for a canter. The stallion shook his head slightly and his ears went slightly back, but not in a angry way. More of a “I am listening way.”

Kei breathed out deeply as she raised her hand as a sign to let the music play when she and Lascivio was located inside of the white fence, ready to start the program. The music streamed and carefully she pushed Lascivio into a collected trot and he obeyed without hesitation, but in the wrong way. He went over into a canter and Kei held him back, desperately. It was a minor mistake, but still a misstake.
“No.” she mumbled between her teeth and Lascivio immediately went into her requested trot.

Kei tried to relax as the routine went forward but it was hard when she knew Lascivio was so sensitive to her help, he easily bolted off or did mistakes of his own. In one of the piaffes, she nudged him a bit to harsh and he went out of it into a collected trot which was a little too early that Kei would have wished for. She was afraid to let him go fully into a extended canter, and settled with a little faster ordinary traditional canter which Lascivio handled nicely, but he was still a bit hard to stop when it was time to it.

Lascivio sucked his bit. His ears went forward and backwards, pending back and forth and he looked a little around at the arena as he performed the routine. He sucked and chewed as they went into a piruette and a bit with ease, he performed what was asked of him, but in the last canter of the piruette he broke out when Kei’s heals lost effect and he no longer understood what he was suppose to do, so he left the movement.

Keep it together. Keep it together. Please, let us keep it together… Kei prayed franticly for all her might as they came up to the center, ready to end the program. Lascivio had performed almost flawlessly for nearly two minutes and he was on the edge of exploding! She felt how he went stiffer and prepared to bolt off as she tried to hold him. The crowd started applauding as they trotted along the center. Lascivio was making the most beautiful collected trot he had ever made and he danced highly above the ground as if he had feathers under his hooves.
Nearly there. Nearly there. cried Kei to her self as she focused on the spot where the halt would be.

Applouds
Kei fell down against Lascivio’s neck as their halt was completed, and both her arms was wrapped around his massive, sweaty black neck as she breathed out heavily to the sound of the crowd. Lascivio played with his bit as he trotted fast across the arena with Kei onboard, still hanging around his neck. On their way back, Kei looked up for the first time and she beamed. Without hesitation she raised her free hand to the skies and pointed down to Lascivio who had done a performance worth remembering.

Oh how I have struggled with this entry XD I have been working on it on and off for days... if not a entire week X'''D I almost went crazy over it LOL But I am so glad I acctualy did it and completed it. So extremely glad

And I also fixed a video with the music for their performance XD Hehehe XD I really go the full line out LOL
There will be one more picture... so, stay tuned for the final picture of this storyline
