Lack of a Rider

Kei was lunging Messi out in one of the many pastures as the all the paddocks were occupied
by horses and riders and handlers. By some reason there had been double bookings today,
so the space was limited. No worries though. Some of the riders and handlers could move outside
to the pastures or something. Kei was one of them.

Messi was not the best horse to lunge since she ran with her rump way outside of the circle and
it was hard to make her move correctly. The young mare had not yet been shown in the ring since
she still had not found a rider she completely clicked with. Many of the guys at Rosendal had tested
her. Sebestjen (being the most experienced Obertaurer rider at the stable) had tested her out but
the mare had turned into a cranky little teenager who says no to her parents. 
Danny and Damien had tried too. Damien faced the dirt. Danny got to handle a bitchy little mare who
didn't listen at all. Finally William had tried and he managed to at least make her cooperate, which was
at least something.
"You are one tricky little girl, you," Kei was urging the mare into a trot. Messi should have become her
ride... but... they had not clicked either... since she was a woman and Messi a mare. Strange deal with
Obertaurers xD
