Personality

Lackhetor is a good working boy who does what he can as good as he possibly can. He can have his days when he just want to be left alone in his pasture or stall and just stand a entire day all by himself but for the most part he is rather social and enjoy the company of others. He is easy to learn and to adapt to new things, and once he learned, he has hard to forget it. He isn't a shower, that has been decided early on. He doesn't like the show ring with all the noise and commotion, but we hope this is something he just need to work with and later become a successful show horse. He isn't the bravest horse around and neither is he a pussy. He just doesn't know when it is okay to stand the ground and when to flee.

He is a average horse when it comes to movements. He doesn't have any pace which calls for his attention. His walk is average, his trot is average, his canter is average and his gallop is average. But when he starts to jump he jumps beautifully with a good technique. He isn't a fan of groundwork and tends to get sloppy when you have gone at it for too long and he will let you know by knocking his hooves against each other or knocks the bars you are practicing on.
He is rather alert when it comes to the beginning of a workout, and he need a solid and thorough warm up before relaxing fully.

Something which is a trouble with Lacky is his enormous inpatient when it comes to brushing and grooming. He hates the brush, and especially when he is all covered up with dry mud. The task to get him free from the dirt is nearly impossible if you aren't working in a team with at least 3 people.
He loves water though, so that is one way to get rid of the mud before trying to groom him. He is easy to transport and he rather much enjoy to see new places, but when unloaded he always gets cold feet and it can take some time before he decides it is okay to leave the trailer.
He has no problem at all with the farrier or the vet and tends to like the visits when they come by some reason.

Lacky can be bothersome to take in from the pasture since he pretends you aren't there and will ignore you until you fetch him yourself. Always as fun, especially when he stands the furthest down in his pasture.
You can ride Lacky almost anywhere, he doesn't really care about it as long as he is allowed to move forward.
