Description
Sebestjen was back in business and fit for fight after his fall in the most recently show, where Stormeld fell in the show jumping, causing Sebestjen to break his collarbone. But now he was back, in some easier levels.
Sebestjen had the privilege to enter in the Kentucky Three-day Event and he was eager to see how the bay stallion would manage the competition.
It was a easy level, the easiest there was, it was only the CCI*, but it sure could be hard at times.
In the dressage everything went smoothly. Stormeld was cooperative and listened in Sebestjen as they went through the course. It ended with a first place, to Sebbe’s excitement.
The next day they entered in the cross country and here Stormeld’s nerves got the best of him. He was over excited and refused three times on the same obstacle.
“Come on boy,” shouted Sebbe and worked with Stormeld towards the jump. He finally jumped it the fourth time and Sebbe urged him into a fast gallop as he complimented the stallion‘s effort.
They got time penalties too, crossing the finish line 17 seconds after the time limit had exposed. This made them slip back on a sixth place in total.
In the Show jumping the following day Stormeld’s nerves was intact. He was smooth and he was concentrated on his task. Sebbe counted on the stallion and it did pay out in the end. The crossed the finish line without any penalties what so ever and managed to take a third place in the show jumping.
Overall, Sebbe and Stormeld managed to get a fifth place for their rides.

I know that after the third refusal the competitors get eleminated, but the game I use has some other rules XD
